power window woes

Both windows stopped working one day after failing slowly. Anyway, my uncle wanna be mechanic said it was the motor (which did not make sense..but what the heck) pulled it apart etc..tested etc.

Where can I get a wiring diagram to put the thing back together.

If both windows failed at the same time isn't it a wiring (electrical) issue?

Thanks,

kuria

if the windows started to hang up on the regulator for whatever reason, the motors may have drawn too much current causing the fuse to blow. have you (or your wannabe mechanic uncle) checked this?

hope this helps...
