I've reviewed the procedures on how to file a claim with the Small Claims Court -- wow there's a lot of applications and procedures! But I have to hold off for now, because I'm in a tight spot for money and time (it's like $100 for admin fees), and my law degree friend is also tight for time.

It's killing me though, that those bastards are currently rolling by thinking they got me good, and probably screwing other people over too.

Nope, see post #76

P.S., it was page 4 -- not 6 -- that I concluded it had KLDE heads, because it wasn't until then that I removed the intake manifold and saw the oval ports.

Subj: KLZE Engines for MX-6

My local MX-6 club is currently engaged in a bulk purchase of KLZE engines. We are purchasing 18 KLZE's with ECU's.

While determining where to buy our engines, we did numerous searches. Your company's name came up several times, and we initially thought of attempting to make our order through you. However, upon following the links supplied via a Google search, we found that all mentions of KLZE sales by your company alluded to fraud.

We are purchasing our engines from a company with a better reputation. However, we felt that the dishonesty you have allegedly perpetrated against honest, hard working customers, should not go without comment.

Now, we may not have bought our engines and ECU's from you anyway...but then again, we might have. Your company's name has been placed on our ***Warning, potential fraud*** list, and links to the cases of alleged fraud have been placed on our website, and cross-referenced with the local Maza/Probe racing clubs.

You should be ashamed. Over time, word of your dishonesty will get around, and all you'll be selling to are kids with no club affiliations.
