The front will, but you need the calipers too man, you can't get just the rotors.

And the brackets as well. The brackets set the caliper at a certain distance from the hub and determine how big a rotor you can fit.

Besides the mazda6 calipers wont fit the mx6 bracket.

You just need the bracket that corresponds with the caliper, it looks a lot like the stock bracket but bigger.

Got a question, I have 17" rims and stock calipers. I can get hold of a pair of 2003 Mazda 6 calipers from a 2.0 Diesel (150ps) for $75.

Question is, will these only take the 11.1" rotors or can I go bigger?

I can get all 4 calipers for $100 but i'm not clued up on wether the rears fit ok and the e-brake will work.

I've tried reading thru the thread but its frying my brain a bit.

Any help is appreciated.

It's a good time to bump this. I am going to a huge you-pull-it yard tomorrow with my brother and I am going to see if I can find a set of front brake calipers off a new mazda. I'll let you guys know what I find (if anything).

2004-2009 Mazda3's with a 2.3 liter motor all used an 11.8" front rotor so I might give them a shot. I fit my 16" wheels onto my 09 mazda3 hatch so they should clear the wheels when they're on my mx6.
2006-2008 Mazda5's with a 2.3 liter also use an 11.8" front rotor.

I have the 2003 Mazda6 set up on mine right now.The 11.1" rotors and all, and although I did not actually try them with the stockers, 15's, I am very sure they would not fit.

Bah, I've got 17's, and I really want the MS ones now, to really fill my wheels up... Ugh, haha.

My 16 inch wheels fit onto my mazda3 which has the 11.8 inch rotors. They should clear just fine on my mx6 too.

I hate to question the relevance of this to this particular thread, buuuut....

But I ran across a 2003 Mazda6 in the jy not too long ago, and I'm running those brakes now.

I know this may be a stupid question, but what happens if you run this all without the little clip things inside the calipers? The little thing that comes out with the pads, almost looks u-shaped, and goes to both pads. I'd take a picture, but it'd be more of a what isn't here picture..
