ya you get what you payed for. plus most brand X generic coilovers are crap in terms of performance and ride quality. I want to know spring rates before I buy springs. Otherwise they could all be a different rate therefore possibly making the car unstable in precarious "aggressive" driving situations.

I don't know about those but the vast majority of "coilover" springs sold on ebay that don't have a brand name are actually for hondas and you have to modify them to fit on the mx. Never a good thing when you have to start cutting things to make your suspension work. Pass on them and either buy some Dropzone or Eibach coilovers if your set on that or else some good springs.
alright the only reason i was looking at them was so i could lift my car in the winter and drop it back down in the summer because last year my friend got stuck alot in his prelude and its not even as low as mine is
I know those Ebay DZ Springs I have, I have no problems with. They give a great ride, I was just think if the coil springs ride that nice, then those Ebay DZ Coilover should be better then those Blue Civic coilover. I've a couple with those Ebay DZ coilover that really had no problem with them. Those look really cheap.
