wheel spacers - Page 2

ok i got the the wheels/tires on last nite but there was a hiccup. the rear spacers went on fine but the front studs did stick out. so what i went to the parts store and got another one of those little spacers which i think are 5mm. this allowed me to have the fronts for now. when we got the the front ones my dad noticed that i was gonna need some new rotors because i have a lip around the edge and im gonna need new pads as well. we thought that since the rotors need to be replaced maybe we can swap the studs for some shorter ones while the hub was apart. think that is possible?

also i will have some before/after pics this evening. it was dark when i finished last nite and the rims need to be washed.

alright here are some better pics. all exterior lights have been replaced - fogs, tails, heads, corners, and sidemarkers. bbs meshies and new tires are on. short shift and knob are in. was also able to wire in an old radio i had laying around.

ok got my new rotors/pads for all 4 corners. started putting them on tonite. in the process we are cutting the studs to fit the 15mm spacers in the front. was only able to get 1 wheel done tonite (had to run a few extra errands). hopefully we can finish up the other 3 tomorrow.

i was gonna get 10mm ones for front and back.. but i got 25mm on the back and thats still not that muhc, im tryin to get my wheels to line up with my body kit.. would u think 25mm on front n back would be fine? and am i gonna need longer lug nuts? there special lugs for my 17,s tho..
