Lowering springs. Weird noises..

I installed my dropzone lowering coils and everything is fine besides when I crank the wheel, the springs make weird twang noises..

Is this normal..

No this is not normal. Sounds like the spring is binding. I would guess the upper strut mount bearing either is not there or positioned wrong.

Does it sound like a spring on the inside of a lazy boy chair bahaha, or on those old storm doors up at people's cottages?

dead strut bearing makes clicking noises, but if it's binding even more than that, i guess it could make twanging noises with your springs...
