You should have asked us before you got the engine rebuilt. We would have told you to get upgraded cams, port & porlish, maybe bored out a little. But, seeing as how you didn't.

Performance Headers, cat and exhaust system
64mm Throttle Body
Cold air intake

Basically stuff to get the air flowing. Then maybe a ligthened flywheel, although I wouldn't recommend a 9lb Fidanza for daily driving, get a lightened MX3 GS flywheel. Thats about all the basic stuff really, oooh, and a 200 shot of N20

Mainly because if you do a lot of first and second gear driving all around town it gets to be a bit of a hassle. To get the car to go in 1st gear u have to feather out the clutch quite a bit, and the flywheel will not allow you to 'coast" in gear a lot. The revs spool up and down real quick. If you do a lot of highway driving tho it's not gonna be too bad. I chose to get an MX3 GS flywheel and lighten it because my car is primarily a daily driver, I only race it on the weekends.

err

isn't 200 shots too heavy even if he got a rebuilt engine? I wouldn't even dare to go above 100. I say 75 cause u get ANY faulty installation on your NOS, your engine is gone.

I'd put good stuff on your engine, then have 50 shot NOS for emergency boost...

just my 2 cents it's all up to you

Here's a thought...

You know, on this forum we talk a lot about how to make our cars go faster, mostly so we can race and win. But, how about this idea - put in something that would make the other car go slower! You could put in a dart gun in the bumper to shoot the tires out

Just kidding, but I think it's a funny (and intriguing) idea.

Talking

I like that Idea
I'd buy a box of uncle bens every weekend night and when I see rice, I'd ACTUALLY throw it at them on a light

Actually I didn't pay for the rebuilt. The car dealership I bought it from got it done right before I bought it. How much will all of the above cost? The whole 2 G's??? Can the 6 take a 200 shot of NOS??? If so with what modifications? Also I wanna go turbo?

Please hit me back with the nessesitys of make my 6 faster (with price ranges including labor) ALSO REMEMBER I ONLY GOT 2 G'S!!!!!!!!!!!!

Headers and Intake - $600
Cat - $130
Exhaust system - Really, really depends, ranges from $200 for custom to about $500/$600 for Borla
Flywheel - Get one off an MX3 GS and have it re-finished and lightened, cost me $75

I take it this is a V6 right?? If it is then it can be pretty fast even with out a turbo, if its a 4 cyl then turbo is a must. Only problem is that on-one makes a good, reliable turbo system for the car, so it will ahve to be custom. That's gonna run u at least the 2G's. Just run a search on here on the stuff we mentioned, there is a load of info out there.

let the sh-it fly!

haha guys, i have the perfect mod. hehe.

you guys are gonna love this.

i am already imagining the responses i get to this. but it should make for fun.

you could: buy a complete video system for your 6
put a playstation 2 in it
and get really good at gran turismo 2, because this method is the only way that you will ever go fast in a 6. hehe

c'mon guys, you know im just playing.

i would say, i am not sure about prices on parts for your car. but
intake, cat-back exhaust, udp, cam gears, ignition system, throttle body. you should be well into 2 grand with that stuff... ?
