sneaky pete n02 system?

i heard something about a nitrous system that's got a tiny cute little bottle that can be easily concealed, and that it gives you like a 30hp boost and is not detrimental to the motor very much. i really want to look into this for those times when a car is just barely pulling on me, and i want that small boost to put me in the lead. i feel like 30hp would be perfect because it wouldn't be so drastic that people would suspect nitrous or anything... who has heard of this?

I have and I belive the nick name is "Sneaky Peak" whatever the name is you can still have a 50-75 shot, but you'll have to refill it after just 1 or 2 uses. I know a guy with a C5 Vette that has one of those hidden behind the door speaker cover. When someone tells him they'll race him if he takes out the bottle he agrees and still hustles the **** out of them. I think that it will be worth getting it.

I wouldn't get a sneaky pete.It is usually out after one spray. You should just get a regular kit with a ten pound bottle.A 30 shot? You really won't feel the hit on a 30 shot.Put a 50 shot on your ze it can handle it.I recommend using a wet shot.Do you still have a stock fuel pump?I want you to know this before you start.Nitrous is very addictive. You will get used to the extra power and everytime there is a close race or someone is trying to race you period, your first instinct will be to turn on the bottle.Just you will have to learn to tell yourself no.

Been there and done that............

Get a real bottle and a 50 shot, it will last a lot longer. It is too addictive to have that small ass bottle. Your gonna need it anyway if you wanna race little brian cause hes getting a 75 shot. Ive got a 250 shot on the rx7 and my bottle lasts about 7 - 8 passes, so a 50 shot on a big bottle would last a long time.

well my problem is, i want to go faster but i'm just so skeptical about doing anything that will cause the car to break again. kyle, u know that... my car's been runnin for about half the time that i've had the ze installed. that's why i was thinking something small for just that extra boost would be good. i plan on upgrading my fuel pump here in the next couple weeks though. how hard is it to install a nitrous kit?

Depends what kind you get. wet or dry etc. dry would be cake. Ive got a wet on the rx7 and the hardest part was installing the second fuel pump and tapping a fitting into the gas tank. either way you could in theory do it yourself. I think a 50 shot would be safe to do dry, dont hold me to that though

I thought that you were talking about having both the big bottle and the small one hidden just in case. So when someone says they will only race you if you take your bottle out, you take out the big one right in front of them and still have Nitrous to spray. If you street race a lot then that's your best bet.

you could hide 2 5lb bottles in several places around the engine compartment. if you only wanna run a 30 shot, you can do a dry setup and use vacuum line as the feed. make it look real factory.

theres a guy that mounted a fire extinguisher to his front bumper and went to sanctioned events. except, it wasnt a fire extinguisher, it was a bottle. one of the mounts has the line built into it and it passed inspection EVERY time. it even had the labels... hehe
