What gauges to get

So I am thinking of custom redesigning my dash (learning how to fiberglass and carbon fiber...) and I wanted to add 3 gauges but I found out there are several (oil, water, turbo, air, etc).

Which one should I add if I might install a turbo in the future and I am running a KLZE with a cold air intake?

I am planning on making it black and a red carbon fiber around the gauges, stereo and touchscreen.

Big job but I really want to see if I'll manage to do it

P.S. my car should be ready for the coming summer (thats exterior wise since I haven't got it from the garage yet which is like 2 years now!! ouch...)
