Putting the FS-ZE head, intake mani and exhaust cams will indeed help with performance. All those parts are better flowing and from the info I've gathered, the higher compression and better flowing everything is what give the FS-ZE the extra 50hp over the FS-03. Also, all these parts will help with FI, but if you're going FI I would say have a costom intake mani made. The FS-ZE intake mani was intended for an N/A platform.
