Look on DSM forums, people are ALWAYS selling T-25's and 14b's
Better yet, the 16g is even better. it is the same size as the 14b but produces over 100 CFM's more. but youll have to buy it used on a forum or new.
www.dsmtrader.com is full of turbos.
