need help ASAP!!!

i got a 94 626 an put the jdm 2.5 in it. im having problems with the dizzy. the firing order doesnt seem to be rite. is there anything special i need to do with this swap?

The cylinder numbering is:

Firewall
1,3,5
,2,4,6
Radiator

Different disty caps have different orders of wires (there's a weird crossover of the wires inside the disty caps, so the wire order on the disty cap is NOT the same as the true 123456 firing order, which has confused a lot of people in the past, including me). But every disty cap has the cylinder numbers marked on it, next to where the wires attach, so just match those numbers to the cylinder numbers above.
