That's an IHI RHB6 turbo under the plumbing.

A look in the ECU compartment after standalone installation:

(It didn't look this neat and tidy in real life, the camera is merciful this time)

And here's when it's all tucked away:

The car's not that much of a looker, but it is fast and fun to drive
