I would hope most main dealers will ship to any address assuming youll pay the postage. Some scrapyards might too. Try http://www.intapart.com however the engine spec you describe doesnt sound very familiar - is it from a 1st gen MX6 ? As i dont think they ever sold them in the UK, if they did its was as a 626 coupe or somthing.
