I think manufactures only spec iridium because they can last 100000km. The rear bank of a FWD V6 can be quite a difficult to access, so the less times you need to change them the better. I'm sure the V6 Camry specs iridium for the rear bank only. No idea about Mazda.

Make sure you properly gap the plugs before you fit them.
