10" alpine type x OR orion hcca 10.2

which sub should i get... trying to downsize from my two mid grade twelves to a really nice 10" sub...

just because i know almost any 10" sub box will fit in the trunk of my 94 ls

so which sub?

the type x i would run at 2 ohms and put like 1400 rms to

and the orion i would run at 1 ohm and put 2000 rms too...

which one would should mi buy?

Which ever one sounds best. A good audio shop will have some you can listen too. I'm partial to the Alpine in this case, but your listening styles might be different than mine.

if i can sell my kicker cvrs and my hifonics amp...

ima buy the orion a ported enclosure and a smaller hifonics amp like the 1600 watt one

anyone wanna buy some kicker cvrs in a ported kicker box with hifonics 2008d?

500 for subs and amp...

i think thats a decent price idk tho
