From a wreckers, juding by what other items they are selling (other unregisterd cars, random parts etc)

Condition, I see a few scratches as it is from those small pics, Also spent a long time out in the sun/weather I would assume.

Not registered.

Possible other problems they are not willing to admit, hence selling it at a bargain price.

hmm you make a good point.. i would be willing to pick it up though, engine + bod kit thats justifies it for me. Just sent him an email, hopefully ill talk to him tomorrow and see what is the deal with everything...

heh.. id buy that right now if it wasnt auto! cant be [fizzle]ed with it just because of that..

good way for a mx6er to part it out n get an easy buck though. since the US dollar is so much stronger than ours, you'd get a good couple bucks just off the headlights, parkers, skirts, spoiler and folding mirrors! let alone the rest of the crap.

exactly right! lol! just a touch annoyed thats its not the full kit.. just the side skirts.. im spewing!! oh well, probably 80-90% going to pick it up, just want to talk the seller first before i jump into anything.

yeah but 2 get that car shipped 2 canada & i dont think it's reached the stupid 15 year mark 2 import cars & i want get it converted that 2 mtx now i need the whole RHD mtx swap? also no rear lip & front hate the spoiler fugly~

you could sneak in a few KF-Ze powered 2.0L's

but only two way to get that imported. Calim a chasis change using local plates- tha'ts the legal way.

Or back before they closed the 15 year rule a few 93 and 92 models got in.

It's not worth anything bar spares

Looks more likely to be a stolen and recovered vehicle. Needs ignition switch. Would suggest someone has damaged it.

ok heres the deal with the car.. i rang the guy up, the car has been stolen and recovered, car runs fine all it needs is the rwc apparently.

However i wanted to ring up Vicroads to see if everything is ok, but he wont give me the VIN or Engine number... Therefor no Car check..

I rang him once again and told him the details, and he said

"look this is what happens, the car is fine etc. once you bid for the car (win it) ill give you a revs certificate stating the car is clear and ill give you the vin number to check up to see if its stolen or not, and if it is you can withdraw from buying the car."
Does this seem fine or a touch sus???
Should i give it the all go??
