Yeah, I should be able to pop around and have a look.

Welding bell housings together would be an interesting option, as long as the input shaft was the correct length. The diameter of the input shaft needs to match the bearing in the flywheel, although you will be able to change this to some extent.

Wes, i will stay in touch.

I am picking up the parts car on Saturday, but it wont get sized up for a while as i am finding it hard to get some spare time to paint the ute and put it thru rego, but it will happen.

At the moment i have a Aftermarket ecu to run it and a complete 93 V6 TX5 5 speed to raid for conversion bits and peices.

I do like the idea of welding/blending the bell and i have already tried to find some scrap for an adapter. I stopped in at S&M, but they had nothing that thick. I am going to next try BOA (? from memory) at Brendale.
Have you got any other sugestions ?

Anyway, more info later.

Thx both, for your input.

if input shaft length is an issue, you can go to a steel plate (easy to find and cheap too) and keep it thin. being a heavy ute, it doesnt matter so much really. just a thought.

I picked up 20mm aluminium plate for my adaptor from a scrap metal place at Geebung, just down the road from tradetools (Robinson Rd?)
