Mazda MX6.. Nearly Giving it away.. Sydney City

Well sometime since i have been here..

It's a sad time but my journey of having a MX6 has come to a end..

Basically:

Stock standard 93 KLDE MX6..

In the last 30,000k's so much has been spent. If you want a MX6 for parts but want parts that you know are quality and decent and as new then this is the one for you..

Air con,
Power steering,
Radiator,
Engine rebuilt - Just need tapets fixed up as that wasn't replaced and also the Throttle senser which is on it's last legs. Other than that the engine is A++

Gearbox with new cvs,
As new engine mounts.
Rear end of exhaust.
Pioneer CDR/DVD player included

Comes with 4 months Rego.. But cannot be driven.. It has a broken control arm..

Comes with a set of very rough but 2 days old.. ( the centre of the tread has been eaten out a fair bit due to control arm only on one tyre... Other tyre has 99.9999% tread left.)

Please don't insult me with offers like $500

I'd like $1200..

The parts which are less than 12 months old in most cases are FARRRRRRRR
more than $1200..

I want it gone ASAP..

So $1200 is NEG..

It's a manual..

There is receipts for everything that has been replaced.

I'll take $500 without Rego - Thats as another offer

If it's not gone by Tuesday.. with those offers.. It's going to sent away as scrap metal

So come on, As-new parts with receipts for dirt cheap.

Just to give an idea:
Power steering pump less than 12months
Air Con compressor - Brand new! ( less than 3months old )
CV's As new and one side has still new Boots on it.
Engine i have receipts and paper work for ( this was $3000 on it's own )
Gearbox including overhaul ( this as a installation was $4500 )
CDR/DVD player was $500 new but it's got to be worth $50 now.

Other things included:

Starter motor - Was replaced.
Radiator... It's still shinny!

Full log books for the motor and has been serviced every 5000k's.. Heck your more than welcome to speak to the mechanic and he will be frank about everything.

I'm just really wanting it gone and kinda sounding a little desperate here as i want it Gone but i want it gone to good home even if it is used for parts aslong as it keeps more MX6's on the road.. :P

i was just asking mate only if you was about 3 months earlier and if i didnt buy the wagon i would of bought this

Didn't mean to sound pushy.. I remember you wrote of your car before and asked me about the manual conversion..

As for the model number i really haven't the foggiest.

But i'd only like $50 for it and it has remote on the basis i get $500 at least for the whole car..

Soo...

If anyone wants parts.. Put your offer and the part down and you must take it by Tuesday. Dirt cheap and silly offers will be accepted within reason.

Once $500 in total has been reached your all willing to take the part.

EDIT:

So the following as a random idea of prices i'd take..

$50 for Head unit
$100 for as new power steering pump.
$100 for as new AC compressor
$100 for gearbox inc clutch with 30,000
$100 for a as new alternator
$50 for a working 4WS system rack ( back steering unit )
$50 for Engine mounts some having the RR racing mounts
$50 for the engine
$10ea for any of the lights
$50 The whole 4 tyres including rims ( on the basis you wait till all previous parts have been taken and take it on street

)

Any other parts, post a crazy offer..

PS: Plenty of light out of the rain plus power points will be provided, just bring tools.

And most of those parts come with reciepts too less than 12months old

yeah no worries man if you can get the model number for it i would be interested cause im trying to find one pioneer cd player like my old one a few year ago and i have been trying to search for a good one for ages

Well i tell you what, if it stops working in 3 months i'll give you your money back. It's a decent one and that one in the picture looks dodgy..

The one i have is black with light red lit up dials/buttons with blue led font which was picked to match the 2G MX6. Black headunits in the DVD range is hard to find. This is a single Din unit and i know it has 4500 or something in the model i think..

But on the same token, i'd only sell the head unit for that price and conditions if people chip in and start buying parts to the value of $500.. So minus $50 for the headunit means need $450 in parts as a example.
