Coilovers

Can anyone give me some more detail on these coilovers?

They don't have a brand etc. I bought them off a mate last night who said he bought them off this forum a while ago.

How do I install them? What do I need extra?

They are a no-name brand - Insync, Ground Control or something. Seen them on ebay before for $40 or so. The price says it all really.

From what I understand, you need to modify your existing struts to fit them.

IMO, you're better off getting a set of Eibach springs or the likes.

proper coilovers have the spring and strut assembly in one package, and would have some form of name on them, ksport / d2 are your entry level ones, tien make them for our cars i belive and they would be a higher level coilover

So if i went ahead and used these? Would they be ok/an upgrade from my low king springs? Or am i better off to just sell them?

I am really wanting to be able to have a tighter car for cornering etc.

Ah true. I have an upgraded sway bar at the rear, but no don't have any strut bars at all.

I will prob use them, ive paid for them now. If they suck Ive still got my low king springs that I can put back in if needed.
