I wasn't originally planning to schedule something for October, but I was reminded Oktoberfest is near and well, it was too hard to resist.
The club meet for Oktober will be the Oktoberfest celebration held each year at Alpine Village.

Cost: $5 admission [Food & Beer/Beverage is additional and reasonable]

Sadly, there are no free coupons this year. If memory serves, 2007 was the last year for the coupon, as
Alpine Village is using them for group discounts, or something like that. No worries, since admission is really cheap on Family Day.
There are no plans for a caravan to the meet location. If it's possible, it would be great to see some of our SD people come on up for this meet and introduce yourself to the club and hopefully become more active.
Please keep in mind that there is a swap meet which takes place during the same time as the Sunday Oktoberfest, so parking will be tough and we may not be able to park as a group.
