It's a direct fit (i.e. no wire splicing required) for all 2G MX-6's. So yes.

You're right, I just checked the Denso catalog, the O2 sensor I have is a direct fit with the 1993 to 1997 2.5L V6 and 2.0L I4 (but not 1992), the part number is 234-4068.
