etest question

I cant get my 2nd gen v6 to pass etest.
I tried it 3 times last year and then just parked it any tips would be greatly appreciated

I have these mods done:
-headers
-cai
-2.5" exhaust
-vibrant performance high flow cat
-ported and polished manifold
-new distributor, msd wires, new plugs

it seemed to be running rich and wouldnt idle right last year I tried 3 different things and it would get close but then i would try something else and it would be way off.
The motor has like 100 000km on it

I would put on a stock cat and retest with that, the high flow cats have been known to cause failure.
