I am moving to Halifax next week, and would like to know if there is anyone from there on this board, and what is the word on mechanics there? where are the good ones?

no there are a few on the board, but your in the new part of the board, not really used to much yet. As for finding the guys just searh up halifax in the search, and see who pops up a lot

Hello JB 420, from just outside Halifax ! Was that you I saw driving up the 102 a day or 2 ago from Bedford towards Sackville at the interchange? I could possibly be the longest surviving Atlantic Canada member on the board, many have come and gone!

My 6 has been off the road for over a month, put it up for the winter and got it for sale, just so I can buy another 6

It probably was me, if it was a black 6, with a pei plate, I have noticed another black one a few times around the mall in Bedford.
I am in Sackville for 2 weeks, and then moving into my place in Bedford, so I will be around. I'm glad there are some people in the area on here.
Maybe get together sometime, let me know.

Hey guys, Seen a couple of you around the Halifax area, I have a blue one, just got it a couple months ago. Tested it for a month, then university started and had to store it. Just wanted to see how many Halifax MX-6's were postin'

Any one seem the yellow fading to orange mx-6 with the shogun body kit. I seen it at the drag races at Queens County Raceway, and I heard someone say they seen it in Halifax, anyone backing this up?

Hi McCharlie, I have seen your car at Acadia University. Blue 4cyl with some stickers-right? We print the Athenaeum where I work and my friend delivers it down there and I go along for the ride sometimes. I don't think the yellow/orange 6 was local, possibly visiting from Ontario or Quebec. We need to meet in the spring/summer when I get a new windsheild and fresh paint with a Mazdaspeed kit-possibly. Trying to hunt down a set of Jspec headlights right now!!!

JB420--> Yeah I put my car away for a while, just for the winter so I can slowly put all the mods together. But yeah, we will have to have meet sometime, in the early spring. I was in bedford not too long ago, just visiting friends and stuff. But shortly after that i stored it.

SLINK--> You seen it did you? There is also 3 other V6 6's here too, a green/black/black. I'll have to check your 6 out somtime soon, havent seen a red 6 before, and it sounds pretty souped!

I drive my car all year, every year since I got it (5). I don't really have much done to it, bought wheels cause I hated the stock ones, bought a better clutch cause the factory one went, lowered it cause it needed suspension work. In the case of the clutch and springs it cost about the same as factory parts. Probably gonna bore the throttle body to 64mm over the winter (5hp) and do a couple of other small things, 1st priority is paint.
