Yep , thats my baby. It was great meeting and seeing the faces behind DIY. The shop has some real cool projects. I was soo excited to be there. Guys take a look at what this new MS is capable of. I was sold just reading the info and the fact that it just plugs into our 90-92 ecu harness is a big plus. I sold my old ms1 v2.2 and used the money for the upgrade. I'm hoping that information gained from this install will be shared so we can take full advantage of all that Megasquirt has to offer and extract the full potential of our platform.

Just an update, I got an email from Russ at DIY today stating that they have the car running on stock setup. That means its being controlled as if the stock ecu were in place. No mods to the ditsy were required and using stock igniter. can anyone chime in as to why most switch out the stock igniter for the BP igniter. All did not go smootly, due to some tune up issue but problems were solved with new parts. The car should be on the dyno monday if all goes well.
It has something to do with the stock igniter having four wires and the BP igniter have three, power ground and signal. Not sure what the fourth wire is for on the stocker.
Mostly a matter of documentation - people figured out how to use BP ignitors first so later installs used that. We put an oscilloscope on it and captured the signal the stock ignitor is using.
