SS headers off ebay, I took a chance. They bolted on like a dream, all gaskets included. I replaced the o2 sensor while I was at it. Im thinking about a drop in K&N air filter next, I really dont want to mess w/ the stock air distribution the 6 already has its direct and cold already. I paid $10.50 plus 40 something shipping for the headers a good deal I think.:jump:

So some of u might know, I got the most amazing opportunity to go to SEMA 2009 as part of the 'Opinion Leaders' focus group, a new project they started this year. I had to run around sending pics / updates to Twitter or Youtube on Nov 3rd, and I won a $25.00 USD prepaid VISA at the post-show reception, and got a VIP pass to the Big 8 Bash at The Palms Hotel. Wicked day.

Managed to go back for a 2nd day with my gf when she showed up (she was NOT happy about that :P ) to get more pics.

So i was driving home from school on a wonderfull tqisty road up in the hills around my house and i decided to take some pics. Enjoy

1980 suzi gs550 working on hardtail, streched 6" in rear, will have "floating" seat, 200 rear tire, and ratty as she can be (i love ratbikes)

only upper part of hardtail is currently finished, will have lower portion finished this weekend pending the arrival of my new tubing bender

Yay! I got my 3 back today. I only had to pay my $500 deductible plus an additional $95 to pull a few dents that I had on the hood. I'm happy with the work they did. The paint match is perfect.

The only issue I see is that they didn't use enough 3m tape to hold my driver's side eyelid down. I'll fix that ASAP. They did paint a second eyelid for me though so I will probably pull the other one off and have two professionally painted eyelids. My rattle can job was good but not professional.

Girlfriend and I took a drive up to Skyline Drive, it was a beautiful day, 70deg and sunshine. don't have a lot of pics but here are just a few. Trips like this is why I want to get a new SLR.

So i kinda wanna run 11's next year, and it seems to take a lot of fun new parts... ;)

I've got a lot of stuff laying around that will be going into the car over this winter. A lot of stuff will also be coming out of the car.


Heres just a start of what i've had laying around for a while... and i will update with new pictures at least once a week. And i dont know how to take pictures, either.

Brand new valves, spring retainers and the c clips. Interprep valve springs will be going with them.



Also basically brand new (came out of a crate engine from ford) HLA's

I havent posted pics in a while so i got took some, i still got alot of bodywork to do but i thought i would share....

So I sold my beloved MX6 2 days ago. I got a pretty good price on it so letting it go wasn't too hard. It will be missed tho! After getting the money I started looking for another car and found a 92 s13 240sx hatch. Its a pretty clean car and runs great. Its all stock and unmolested, which is exactly what i was looking for. I only had to use half the money I got for my 6 to buy this so it all worked out great. I pretty much called the guy, drove to his lot, paid for the car the very day he posted it on Craigslist :p From what he said he was getting a ton of calls from people all over tri-state, but I was the first to come with cash... ha!

Craigslist special, 95 hunter green I4 5speed tags to date air blows cold bla, bla, bla. The catch bad clutch. The car would not go into any gear, not even reverse so I figured, this guy ate the clutch to the bone or bad throw out bearing. Anyways for $500 ......... even if I have to replace the entire trany not a bad deal. Below: boring I4 but its ok its only a Walmart trek vehicle.

Tranny pulled and cleaned, was dirty as a 3 dollar whore from Tijuana.

Fresh bearing that was included in my Exedy clutch kit. Old one was toast.

Blame it on the hills of San Francisco, or bad Mazda oem clutches.


Fly wheel resurfaced, clutch cover tighten to specs........all good.

Found a torn steering boot.


This was a cake job. Im playing w/ these wheels they are 17"s off a mazda6. Tires will be replaced w/ 215/45/17. I will be using Vogland lowering springs, from what I see I wont need spacers. I hate to start a project from looks first ie: wheels, but the stock ones are just fugly as hell I have to trash them.
