Hey all,

So this is much much overdue, but it's time we figured out the final meet of the year.

I had an idea of doing Top Karting indoor go-karting in Hull, located right next to the casino. The location also provides us a nice little distance to do a cruise to.

The package that would be best is the 'Grand Prix,' which gives us almost an hour's worth of karting. First, a 10 lap race to determine placing, then they reset us in the placements we finished in, before unleashing us on a 70 lap race. This package costs $60.00 flat.

Also, this will be the last meet I will be able to do until 2011, since I have been offered a contract to teach English in South Korea for the year of 2010.

Proposed dates:

Fri Nov 20th or Sat Nov 21st
Fri Nov 27th or Sat Nov 28th

I am able to do weekdays as well, particularily Tues and WEd, so throw up dates that work for you, proposed or not. It's best we get this done for Nov, b/c some people put their cars away from Dec onwards.

Anybody heard from Compton?
I've tried to e-mail him, and send him pm's, hasn't been on here since the 29th.
Anyone know him, know if he's ok, etc????

Am looking for suggestions on cheap insurance company/brokers in Ontario...my current company is dropping me in December because I've had 5 speeding tickets in the last 3 years (ah, the joys of a sporty car) and any more than 3 is uninsurable to them (funny, no accidents, DUIs or any other marks on my record at all). Apparantly that makes me insurable only to certain companies...so if you're in the same boat as me it would be great to know what company you're with so I can get a quote and even if you have a good record and like your company would be great to hear so I can at least inquire.

It's October and already Toronto Maples Leafs have the prediction that making it to play offs is very slim and probably not going to happen. This was said on breakfast television this morning.

I hear they have yet to win a game this season.

alrighty I picked up this truck about a week and a half ago its a 97, 2.3 5-spd 2wd only has 148,000 kms on it and came from alberta where they don't use salt in the winter time so it is nearly rust free, here she is starting with the day I picked it up to what it looks like only a week later!

Anyone have a good shop for a reasonable price? Got pulled over last night and would like to not make this a reoccuring event...
