I cant seem to find out if my 91 needs a antenna adapter or not. I bought a new antenna (non-powered) from crutchfield and cd player and metra kits from Ebay but do I need a adapter for the new antenna? I looked on installer sites, crutchfield and even Metra's main site but they list nothing. So is it safe to say no adapter needed?

and why does everyone list the front speakers as 5 1/4? lol... even metra does.. always cracks me up! I so wish I could cram them in the dash!

by the way my mechanic did the antenna in my last 91 and has already thanked me for allowing him to do it again...he said major knuckle buster!:jump:

Ok guys, i know i am new and all but i really need some help. Seeing that i am clueless about subs, speakers, amps, and decks. I need help on what would be best for my car (93 Mazda MX6). I know that i would like 3-way speakers, hopefully 6x8 size. 12 inch sub, no more, no less. Price is also a problem seeing that i am 16, which all of this is going onto a christmas wish list. But i need to start deciding on what i would like to get. All help is greatly appreciated.

What size are the front and rear speakers in the 93 Mazda MX6?

I am thinking about getting 6X8 kickers in the front.

Any Suggestions?
