Since I know there are a number of members here on our boards who either own, have owned, or are interested in Mazda's rotary powered cars I decided to start this thread for specific rotary talk. This was actually JoeyV's(AKA the Rotary Canadian) idea to me after a little chat/thread jack.:p
So MX6.com go ahead and chat it up, post pics up, but please do not flame it up in here. Otherwise you will be told to GTFO on no uncertain terms.
If you own one please don't hesitate to put up some pics and include some info on your car!

Seafoam Vs. Other?

Ive noticed seafoam getting expensive everywhere i've been that has it. I was gunna grab a can of it at advanced auto but the price kinda pushed me away since I don't care to use expensive things on my shitbeater car. I grabbed a can of b12chemtool sitting right next to it for 3bucks vs the 11$ for seafoam. I used it and didn't really get the smoke i would from using seamfoam so i don't even know if the stuff works the way seafoam would... has anyone used b12 like this in there manifold?

So rather then buying seafoam what other products are out there that are cheaper and will do the same trick? atleast for us guys with 100$ cars..

Looking in get another Mazda to the family. Get rid of my 02 Explorer for a Mazda3 for the wife, keeping the MX6 for the rainy, cool, and days I don't want to ride to work, but I need a truck to put my bike in the back when I hit the track. Looking at the B2200 because of the 2.2L. Now here in ? Is that 2.2L the same as the one in the 1g MX6 and I've been hearing that there is a swap for the B2300 with the 5.0L (but I really don't wait a gas sucker)

Electrical Issue - Feedback please!

Hey!

So i have 2 questions that would be awesome if anyone has any feedback as to what it could be would be great...

1st: I had to change my starter...and prior to doing this ,my speedometer was working just fine...but after i had finished installing it, the speedometer did not work anymore...and i never removed any cables or anything. Ideas?

2nd: I just recently turned on my high beams, and my clock went out, and then my blower motor stopped working. I checked the 15A fuse, and it was blown...replaced it, and it blew as soon as the key was turned on to the ACC position. What could be the issue here?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance!

Recently my dads Audi has become louder out the exhaust. Before when you pulled away it wouldn't make a sound.. very quiet. like a purrr....

Now when it pulls away or gears down, it sounds mean like a v8 truck. LIke a rumble. It actually sounds nice. lol The exhaust is intact, no holes. All the sound is coming out the tail pipe.

What would cause this? We wondered if maybe the cat needs to be replaced or something. Or perhaps the motor is letting out a sound? The engine itself runs great and has lots of power. However it does have 382,000 k on it.

well i can't really afford to throw money into it anymore and i could use the money for another vehicle rather then having it sit around most of the time... It also just make sense that i get a 4dr since theres a baby on the way... I got some serious interest in it already after only one week of me telling just a few people i MIGHT sell it.. I told him i'd let it go for 3k + 500 for rims + 300 for nitrous and he's very interest with this price. So if it works out for me i should be able to get something good for the baby and maybe something still enjoyable to me for this price range.... this is what ive turned up with after scanning over craigslist so far.

****2000 MAZDA MILLENIA S “MILLENNIUM EDITION”****CHEAP!!! LOADED!!!! (http://desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/1431086362.html)

this is probably my main interest so far, let me know what you think...

...and of course i got to stick with the mazda family! and don't expect me to ditch out on you guys just because i don't have a six... who know's, maybe i'll get another one someday.

open to suggestions or help finding another vehicle thats gunna be good to me for under 4k!!
