GTR Intercooler aquired.

My shiney new R32 cooler cleaned of the paint that was all over it, and fins hand straightened one by one :

Wow the fins look brand new. Great job. Most used ICs are pretty haggard.

it actually wasnt too bad before i wasted an hour or two straightening it. just a few places where something had rubbed against it and pushed them down...

(damn perfectionists)

That's big. What's the core size?
The mx5 will be getting a 3x12x21in / 8x30x54cm core as an upgrade to the tiny IC it has now. That's the biggest I can get in the nose and keep the ac.

core is (tube and fin (and nicely made at that) ) 600x270x60

as much as i like discreet, that ute will never be discreet again...

unfortunate, but true.

a cheap bar and plate would have been easier to plumb, but i'll live with the issues just to have it that way.

it will be covered with a bumper and such...
