ok, heres the rest of it...

there are 8 fittings in the plenum cover. map,bovx2,wastegate,idle manual bypass, fpr, brake boost, pcv all are 1/8 bsp made be cutting a socket socket adapter in half and coutersinking for smoothness of flow.

EDIT : hooking the wastegate is wrong, bad and dangerous, DO NOT HOOK UP YOUR WASTEGATE TO ANYWHERE AFTER THE THROTTLE.

i realise the angle of the inlet isnt very good, but i reckon it will be good enough.

getting close. shame there are only 8 days till my 747 takes off...

i'm working hard to make sure there is a skid vid to post before i get on the plane....

Thats one heck of a mani. Airflow looks about as straight forward as it gets in a single throttle unit. I wish i still had my F8 mani, now

fe3 mani lower half would work too. just need more hose in between to smooth from round to oval, or squash the steel pipes to match. course if it was ally, you'd weld the ally pipe to the stump and smooth it out, or just start from scratch i guess. (stumps avoid hassle with injector bungs/rails etc.

thanks to you both.

looks like someone else thinks similarly to me with regards to having the ends of the trumpets projecting out into the plenum volume. this one is cnc cut from an ally block! i hope he hand finished it :-)
