lol, all my doing? it is somehow my fault that you're not only irresponsible, but incompetent?

Anyway - so the money IS still in paypal then? you haven't made that clear, only that you haven't gained any interest.

Also - you don't have time, but you're going to process all these refunds? Is no one else here nervous at that thought?

Stroker.. i don't think you get it.. giving some people their money back means the BB doesn't happen.. which means you give *all* the money back. I will need some sort of proof and assurance that you will take the time immediately to do that (process ALL the refunds) - otherwise i must still insist you hand over the money. Try rallying all the support you want - you're still [fizzle]ing with other people's money.

Frankly - i don't trust you enough to allow this. You will send the money to zach, and he will process the refunds or the bulk buy, if it is to continue.

Stop being such a baby with your "i'm nice, not like goatcrapp" and such.. you're 33. save the 5th grade arguments (and writing talent) for 1985.

This has nothing to do with being nice.. i care about people's money, and the fact that you are [fizzle]ing around with it. nothing else. You claim you were willing to work with us now, and yet here you are again, writing a message [fizzle]ing with people's money.

If you send any refunds, you send all. since you can't even make the time to properly answer questions about this bulk buy, i don't think you have the responsibility to process refunds.
If you want *any hope* of remaining a member of this forum, and getting your other account un-banned, you will start sharing your information. Who exactly asked for a refund? I will be confirming with them.

Anyone else ASKING for a refund - please do so *here* so zach and myself can keep tabs on who is expecting money and who isn't.

bpt - there's a first for everything, eh? lol. you have to have a verified account attached to a bank account... nothing else. I was getting +3% average for several years, with high months of 4.5%

Until i see money changing hands - this is still a red flag. How many scams bought time by the scammer posting things like" i'll be issuing refunds soon" or "i'll be sending out parts next week" and other tactics to buy more time? Stroker, if you're not scamming, you really need to stop following the same patterns that countless other deals gone wrong have followed.

Stroker - you'll send the money to zach and he'll take over the refund process, or the bulk buy, whichever the members prefer.. It means less work and hassle for you. We've already said we'll put our own money on the line for the paypal refunds. If you truly don't have any intention on running away with the money, then you shouldn't have *any problem* doing this. Everyone benefits, specifically you, since you have all these problems in your life that make running a bulk buy too difficult for you.

yeah- I think stroker was trying to make it happen. He definitely seemed more motivated to get rods than anybody else. I think the problem is that usually about half the people that actually want in on these group buys, just aren't realistic about their intentions. Either blinded by the goal of the project and fail to see the cost and time associated to get there, or maybe just wanting to be a part of something. And the fact that this one had a particularly good price probably made it more tempting to jump in. I knew that going in- even realized the risk of being scammed, but worth it IMO if the deal did come through.

Quoted for truth in the hope that all 30 non payers who actually caused this to drag on so long read it and go "I was a dork, I'm sorry".

It's true - totally self centered to sign up for something like this and not consider those involved. It is after all a group buy. But that's the way of the net- it's a lot easier to make hasty decisions w/o assuming total responsibility for one's actions. I wonder how many would have signed up if this was a local club where we actually met in person?

Well- we can only hope that they read it, understand and don't repeat.
