My Fe3 Motor Swap And Build

i have a 1988 mx-6 GT with 62k miles on the car its in great shape with no rust any were and has a few small dings that i will be getting fix down the road soon. now i just bought a low miles JDM FE3 off ebay for a great price i think my plans are to turbo it down the road but we will see i have sooooo many other projects going on right now lol i will be getting pics up soon

what way are you going as far as engine management?

im going to just get the car running off the stock computer first and then later down the road do a 2.2 mega squirt cause from what i have been told that's all i need for a good stand alone

word. just make shure ya go standalone soon i say this from personal experience cuz i still cant get mine to run smoothly in first or fifth (really choppy acceleration)
hope to see some pics/update man.

i got the motor to day and looks clean and in great shape i tryed to up load some pic's but my computer is giveing me problems i should have some up i a day or two

here are some pics or my car and the new motor and as planes are going im just going to mega squirt the car and turbo it im going out of town for 2 weeks so there will be no up dates

Very clean and tidy nice

MX6 GT, 8.6 comp block, 3inch mandrel exhuast, GFB boost controller, HKS blow-off, aftermarket struts, cut kingsprings, nolathane poly bushs, A/C delete.

to day i did a little work i took the manifold and intake off and the A/C

when i get back from my trip i will be pulling the old motor and staring with resurfacing the fly wheel and cleaning the engine bay
