2, 1st gens in the midwest

I have two 1st gens that are for sale in Southern Illinois.

I have a maroon 89lx that I'm currently using as my daily driver. I know that it has some suspension issues in the front end, and right now does not have an exhaust. Brakes are mushy, they might just need to be bled. It only has 148,000 miles on it, and runs very well. The body leaves a little to be desired, but is mostly solid. There is some rust, and a few dents, for the most part the only real problem is the paint.

I also have a blue 91ge with 166,000 miles. I originally bought it as a parts car, but because it is running also I felt bad tearing it apart. It has an idle problem that I know of for sure, but besides driving it to my house I have not driven it so I don't know about anything else. This car also has a little rust, and the paint is in bad shape. I don't have a title for this one, never got one because it was lost, and I was just going to use it for parts. But you can get one, and I will be happy to provide a bill of sale if necessary.

The interior on both of these cars is in fair shape. There is some wear and fading as should be expected for cars of this age. No rips in the maroon one. There is some minor damage to the seats in the blue one.

They only reasons why I'm getting rid of these follow.

1. I don't have the time to do to these cars what I would like to. I would love to fix them up.

2. I am getting ready to move to colorado and need something that is 4 or all wheel drive. This also brings me to reason number...

3. I need the money for moving and for purchasing a new vehicle.

I'm asking for 1200 for the pair, and would like to sell them together. I will split them up if necessary, but will not part them out.

If you are interested please email me at joelneubert@gmail.com, or call 618-559-4358.

These cars might be listed on ebay, and my asking price would be the same. Or taken to the scrap yard, scrap metal is high enough that I can get close to 1200 for them if they get smashed. I would prefer not to do this, I'd like to see them go to someone who will appreciate them.
