Because it either isn't a GT head or someone put non turbo exhaust valves in there. The N/A and GT both use the same intake valves but the exhaust valves are different for the GT's E1 vs the non turbo which have E0. The GT exhaust valves are twice the price of the non turbo valves. The end.
