Xbox 360 Pro w/ GH3 and COD4

Deciding to sell my Xbox 360....I bought this new at wal-mart a week ago today (still have all reciepts). Everything works fine and I've only played games on it for about 2 hours and also watched a couple DVDs. It was purchased for me and was opened so I couldnt take it back for a refund. I just quit my job so I need the extra money until school starts again instead of this. Still have all packaging....it is the Xbox 360 Pro package w/ the 20GB hard drive, headset, wireless controller, network cable, AV cord w/ HD leads. Also included is Guitar Hero 3 and Call of Duty 4 Game of the Year Edition that just came out. Again, everything was purchased new and I still have reciepts (Xbox & GH3 on 4/14/08 and COD4 on 4/18/08). I'm sure you can figure the cost for it all, but for now I'll just take some offers...

what do you mean you cant take it back when i got my ps3 i played it and took it back. they didnt give me any crap about it

Oh, I always thought they wouldn't accept electronics that were already opened....and if they did, they'd only exchange it.

no i got my money back on my credit card when i took it back

id call them first and see i got mine at walmart
