I live in Jefferson City. What's the difference between short block and just the block?

Short block includes the rods, pistons, oil pan. But you'd be a better man if you included the entire lower half, oil pump, water pump etc.

Okay, I see. Thanks Sick6. You can have the lower half for $500 with everything included.

How many ounces of weed comes stashed in the cylinders? In other words, you'll never get $500 for a longblock, never mind a shortblock.

Wait, how did you know where I stash my weed? So how much does a short block usually go for Mr. Autozone?

I prefer Mr. Napa, Mr. Autozone is more of an insult. I personally wouldnt ask anything more than $200 for a shortblock in good condition (good compression,l good CLT numbers).

Wow, it's almost like low-balling. I can make more money by taking to the junkyard. I can't even find an engine on ebay that cheap. I know everyone wants their stuff cheap but $200 to take out an engine is not worth of my time. Just wait until some day when you have to part yours out.

People buy these cars for $500, and you think you can get it for an engine? A shortblock at that? Good luck with that. It doenst take long to pull the engines, I could probably get it out on my lunch break.

So you would sell your engine from one of your GTs for $200.

An engine and a shortblock are different, jackass. If you're asking if I would sell a shortblock for $200, yes, I would.

I have to wait to get the parts now as I have 850 dollars to save up for school books since I am taking 7 classes and they are costing a fortune a pop.
