97 Ford Probe Parting out / Will let go as whole

Last night, my rear end broke lose on a turn and I ended up hitting a pole sideways a little to fast, the drivers side a-pillar has damage, front fender, roof, front window and hood. I was very stupid as I got a little too confident and I payed the price, ultimately I survived with no injuries, but only had liability on insurance and now have a fine along with towing expenses, parting out the car or if anyone is interested in a whole would really help with the costs. Engine and tranny are perfectly fine, shifts smooth and pulls strong, and I still managed to get 30 mpg, any responses are appreciated.

$600 for 3 rims and 4 tires.

I paid $1k

I priced out the cost of 1 rim, about $140 and the tire will run you anywhere from 60-100 depending on your taste in performance.

I think thats fair, you may get away with just buying 1 more rim, since all the tires are still good and holding air, even the one with the messed up rim.

I want to keep the broken rim although, as a reminder.

Ill give you the locking lugnuts too.

Yes, 2.5'' cat-back mandrel bent pacesetter exhaust, which by the way got alot of compliments, test-pipe that basically had a cat shell but is a straight pipe, cold air intake, local shop bent a tube in a 90 degree angel and welded on necessary ports, includes 2 different intake filters, cone shape and half spherical dome shape, 8k hid's with h4 conversions, rare new car scented tree interior, half-like coil-overs, stock struts with sleeves basically that were adjustable and actually lowered the car and kept it on the road aggresively with no ricer bounce.

ill give you the straight pipe (doubles as a cat if cops want to actually look under the car) the full exhaust back, and intake for $220 bucks.

there is absolutely no rust on anything, and the intake was around $50 new, cat pipe was $40 and exhaust was $280. I think thats a good deal.

also here is a picture of what currently I have pulled and anything you see is up for grabs, i will allow pickups or i can ship the item for you, any questions just ask, and any part you want on the car is totally yours, all the way from the front end to the rear, car is totally clean and it has no missing parts, minus the fact it has a huge dent in the side now.
