For sale: 1st gen. Probe AAS/PRC struts NEW IN BOX.
Hi Guys, I haven't posted here in a looong time, but maybe someone remembers me. I still have the MX-6 (254k now) but my time and money is going into a 3rd-gen. Rx-7.
Basically, I need cash!
Sooooo, I'm going to sell my set of brand-new AAS struts. These are discontinued by Ford and I doubt you will see another set for sale, ever. I bought them a couple years ago but they've just been sitting around. I promised Frank Dekker first dibs for $400 + shipping (will be about $50-$60 I think in US), but if someone is willing to plunk down more (please don't say "$401") I will sell to them. You guys know these are $200/each or more from Mazda. My set are the Probe ones which are stiffer than the MX-6 ones. These are very nice struts that last a really long time. I know a lot of you guys own or have owned high-mileage MX-6 GTs with AAS struts that still function well.
