how are sprint springs performance wise?

1993 Mazda MX6 [RF] - hardly ever driven but still money burnt on it
2006 Honda CBR600rr - daily driver/rider and potential death machine

srints

Sprint springs were pretty good and I was riding on stock struts. Not too stiff and not too bouncy. It was just in the middle, but pretty soon my struts blew. I recommend having some Kyb AGX's or Tokicos, and you will have yourself a really good setup.
