with or without tires? Are they being shipped from florida or germany?

Sorry have not updated my sig. they dont have tires its just the rims and locking lugs w/ key.. Im in Jacksonville, FL, the pic of the car is my old Euro-spec that the rims were on.. it was totaled a couple of weeks ago and the tires had to go on the new car.. if you want or need more pics I can get them..
