Please tell me you have a set of rims and drop springs to go along with that kit.

The rubber bumpers on the radiator support need to be lowered and the latch needs to be moved down as well.

Ya, I am planing to buy 18" rims and the car is on Tokico Illuminas with adjustable srpings so def can be lowered.

For the radiator, it has to be replaced but not right now...too much cash flying out of my pockets for this summer

I was told by several people to sue his ass and ask how he dared to
ask for more money at this point.

I have to ask one of my lawyer buddies if I have enough to make a case
here because this last Tuesday when I went to see the car I was [fizzle]in
pissed. I expected at least from all this [shizzle] an AMAZING job and all
I got is a slap in the face and he even dared to ask for more cash
saying he was losing here (LOL).

The funny part is he tried to hide the flaws and tell me stupidities
like he had to put gas in my car (what he drove with it out of town or
something). I felt like the [fizzle]er was taking me for a fool, and it
hit me cuz he did take me for a fool this whole [fizzle]in time (he had
the car for [fizzle]in 3 and 1/2 years, my buddies were laughing at me
saying its a joke through the last years), he gave me fictional
timelines (saying it will be ready that date...it will be ready that
date...) and boosting the price and to top it all saying its all for
quality. I passed by through the years and the car was just seating
there while others were passed by before me when they weren't there
earlier. .

I had enough playing mister nice guy with this dirt bag.

Seriously pissed at this point, now he said he won't give me the car unless I pay him the extra.

Just wanted to see what people think and how should I go about this matter cuz I can't go on being the nice guy I was cuz he steped over me big time as you can see.

I agree.

But suing will probably get you further. I 100% suggest this. But tell him that you want your car back or a lawyer will become involved and that alone should scare him into giving you your car back. If it doesn't, take him for everything he's worth.

He was smart though, very sneaky bastard, he put layers of plaster the first week and removed the bumpers then let the car seat for a year, then did a little more, then seat...so I couldn't do [shizzle] plus he took a down payment...he had a plan from day one to [fizzle] me over but I did not know it included giving [shizzle] all plastering job as well.

Ya I was way to nice with him, he promissed all the time to get it done by next month (for several months lol) and he promissed that its worth the wait since I'll get quality and a good deal which I got nothing from both. So now I am looking into this to see if I have a case and seriously considering a law suit.

Tell me about it, 3.5 yrs...I managed to finish school since then, got a job, been with my girl for 4 yrs and several of my budds even got married within this period, like this car has a whole new meaning for me at this point in time. Like it was suppose to be the summer car during my school yrs, going out riding downtown, etc...so much for that...prob sell it or leave it for my younger bro.

The way it dragged it has become a PITA to be honest which does not seem to end as you can see

I love the MX-6 but I just got [fizzle]ed with it in the last few years way too damn much if you know what I mean and thats money wise, prise wise, and quality wise (all without even having it to enjoy).
