My first Photoshoot (No 56k ppl)

Most of you may remember what happened to my previous MX-6:
http://www.mx6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171591 (The first and last EVER pics of my Mx6)

This is my 1997 Mazda MX-6 LS that I bought just one month after totalling my previous '96 LS. Almost identical.

Firstly:
(1) I know I need to lower it. I'm currently working on it.

(2) There is a tad of damage to the front of the bumper I'm also aware of and am working on getting fixed.

Before taking these engine pics, I actually used Turtle Wax Polishing Compound (the green container) just to clean the surfaces up a little. I think I may need to paint the fan shroud though; it's supposed to be powdercoated but is pretty worn.

This is what has been done:
KLZE w/painted Intake manifold/valve covers/fuel rails/motor mount/coolant resevoir/cruise control/disty cap/oil cap, Hotshot CAI and Hotshot headers, 9mm Iridium wires, CosmoRacing AFPR, SS PCV hose, powdercoated fan shroud, Magnaflow hi-flow catalytic, 2.5" SS Magnaflow catback, XTD Stage 2 clutch, shift stabilizer bushings, painted rotors/calipers, 17" Motegi chrome lightweight wheels + 215/40/17 Fuzion ZRI tires, all red tailghts, angel eyes w/ GTS clear covers, Optima Yellowtop battery, clear sidemarkers with LEDs

Stay tuned to this thread, I'll be updating it soon with more parts.

Nice 6. No passenger seat?

My car is going to be the bastard love child of a JDM, ESPEC, and USDM Mx6 threesome.

It's getting there.

LOL! I didn't think anyone would really notice right away.

Yeah, I took it out when I stored it in the winter so I could properly clean the car, but now that it's out, I'm actually liking all the extra space in the car. I actually helped a friend last week to transport a 42" plasma TV, and it was only possible because of the missing seat!

She looks beautiful man. I like how you have fixed the clear covers to the lights. The engine bay is so nice and clean

Can't wait for more pics.
