the previous owner left a window open and there was a puddle behind the driver's seat i vaccuumed it, but it was so thick that the pool formed again. so i spent a few hours stripping the carpet out and getting it to dry. so it's been out the car since saturday. After the carpet was out, and i drove it in the rain, some more water formed on the floor in the same area. So i do have some leak testing to do to see where this water is coming from. My guess is the firewall, or one of the drain plugs on the floor has a bad seal and spray underneath the car is getting up inside. David |

I believe the custom chip and tune. Steeda has a program for our cars now, so I might check that out when I get around to this ZE swap. |

well i just this saw post right now
has it been rainning ? do you feel wetness by the rear view mirror and sunvisors where the headliner ends towards the windshield or near the front pillar garnish's .? should check youre front windshield molding's if those go bad water seeps threw an follows down threw the front pillar's an on to the floor..or the rear quarter panel window molding's may be bad...i had the same problem with 1 of my mx6's ..it was the windshield molding.. g luck Quote:

![]() i really think im gonna go for an N/A build on this car... spend you know....2000 bucks or so and get a 185+ whp mx6...maybe 190! decent exaust, cams, and MS... done with performance at that point... Rims will stay. They are ok with me. And with some more work to the cosmetic side, will match nicely. You'll see ![]() David |

meh, i see it as being cost effective if you want to exceed the 200hp mark NA
you should be able to break into those kind of numbers you want with the right tuning and cams. i think a while back Justins car (before it was turbo) dyno'd around 181 and that was just the ZE im on a DE iirc, could be wrong about it though |
