45 -55 shot is ok to run on stock internal motor on the mx6 right?

i would assume so. Its not a huge shot of nitrous and compression is pretty low on the LS. Personally i would never use nitrous, i prefer all motor so i know if it breaks than i did it or there was reason. Getting a large gain from nitrous means getting a bigger shot. Getting a bigger shot will kill your engine unless you have forged internals, and forged internals cost out the @$$ so it kills the purpose of nitrous being "cheap speed"

had more than an intake. ZE cams, light wieght wheels, mx3 flywheel, upgraded clutch, exaust. So it would prolly take more than just 45 shot to get a 14.9

The stock block on the KL's from mazda or ford can handle yup to a 75 shot for sure you jsut have to adjust your timing to go that high...

As for the internals etc .... no heavy mods needed there till you go past 75 also after 75 a fuel pump and injectors would have to be matched to it as well

edit: along with a high flow fuel filtre lol

lol yea it happens to the best of us lol Id say if your goal is 1/4 mile times then a your waisting your time with a 2G. The only way to get good times is a 4 banger turbod to the sky or a moderately turbod DE. A ZE wont get into 13's and its really hard to boost them cause they have 10:1 compression.

Well Car-Insane go out get the kit and drop it in

its relatively simple to install

As for the 2G being a waiste of time for 1/4 thats semi true

But for me i love the car and jsut want to get her to go as fast as i can ... i am not looking to set any world records or win cash just have fun.

yea when u start talking slicks its possible lol im talking about street tires. If you completely worked a ZE i could see it happening but lets face it guys.... 2g's are not for 1/4 mile....if i was gonna race a 2g it would be on a track. But as windsor said, if you like racing the 1/4 and its fun ( i love it) then do it. Just don't expect to keep up with a whole lot of the other cars without spending alota cash
