Is this a business / for profit?
I would like to let everyone know that I am not in this to make any money although I would like to just break even. I have a career that pays way more then I could ever make off doing this. Its a hobby and something I happen to be good at and enjoy spending my extra time at.
Are these currently for sale?
No and dont ask. When the time comes to sell anything I will go through the appropriate route.
Will you make anything out of Carbon Fiber or do CF overlays?
Negatron. I dont have the time to do this and Im not going to buy a Vac system which is the only way I would be willing to do it so that the quality and looks remain high. Plus the cost goes up to much. Sorry.
Can you make the parts differant colors?
Sure can. When Im ready to start taking orders, I will buy a few differant colored gels so that the base is a close match to what ever color car you have. You might find this nice if you cant afford to paint it right away.
Starting my own thread here to track progress and post updates.
Here is a sample
3 Part Lip Kit - Other two are layed up so no pictures.
Orginal
Two part mold
Final Part - Rough ( hasnt been sanded or painted.)
Jspec Fillers ( I thought these were pretty neat. You would cut out the stock area for the aspec fog lights mount these in place. Fill the gaps and then cut the centers) I have done/used them once on a test bumper about a year ago, which I ended up trashing because the bumper mounts werent any good) In the next couple weeks I will attack my new bumper and get some pictures up of this )
This is what the lip kit looks like when it has been sanded, mounted and painted.
Camera battery is recharging. So maybe some new pictures late tonight. Things have been a little slow since I started a new role where I work.
When I got home late tonight I had to redo the center again freakish cold weather, light mixture, and using a weave caused one side to pop lose. So I started over used a heavier mixture, and mat this time. Plus it was warm today and isnt too cold out tonight.
Update: This did the trick Its solid and already set.
Wow, looks pretty good.
May I suggest doing somethin along the lines of the MS lip or sideskirts? (not for me, but just an idea)
...It could make you some good money (If / when you want to get into it).

i'd be down for an MS lip and skirts if i can get it shipped in under $400.
Well someone has to be willing to give me some skirts. You can already buy the MS Lip. Im not really in the market of buying one just so I can spend the time and make it for less.
I enjoying remaking the things that are rare and hard to find.
Like I will be making the rare lip spoiler for the 6.
You my friend have lots of creativty. I would of never thought of thoes jspec fillers. So just to make sure u mold thoes to allow the proper use of jspec fogs in a Aspec bumper?
Iam just a regular everyday normal guy.
TT Project.
Finally some of these rare parts can be replicated and without any arguing this time around.
Nassau Blue Mx6 LSZE 5-speed.
Black leather interior, JDM Eunos KLZE, Exedy Stage III racing clutch, Headers, Magnaflow exhaust (w hollow cat), True Cold air intake. LSD transmission begging to be installed. Blaze Red PROBE GT 5-speed

True. You still have to cut on the Aspec bumper because of how the inner lip around the hole sticks out. The very first time I tried this I did all the filling by hand. It wasnt even and using filler glass is just a crappy way in the first place. So I made these. These just take care of fitment but not mounting or anything else that gets in the way.
