Well there isnt any reason to lie about it. I personally like the clear more. I mean honestly does it matter if his fenders are jdm? The difference is a STICKER and a sidemarker.

chef, you know my car is red, right? why would you spray these over when they were already red? what sense does that make? I should send you the bill for sanding and respraying them...

The prospect of outsized profits leads people to exaggerate their own capabilities. In their minds. They pretend to themselves that they are in control of events where perhaps they are not. And it is always one's stance upon uncertain ground that invites the attention of one's enemies. or discourages it.

Oh I know, I'm just saying, those fenders aren't part of this so called LSi package.

Of course I know your car is red. Maybe I painted them to dissuade you from stealing them.

The red was really hurting. The pieces are pretty scratched up but you can't tell now that they're black. They're not perfect since it was just rattle can adhesion promoter followed by flat black sandable primer and topped with black automotive spray.

Does anyone know the best way to get a smooth clear coat look from spray paint? I'm going to give them one more coat of color and then try a spray on clear. Can I wet sand spray paint after it's dried for a few days?

As far as installation goes, I'm hoping that the lip will fit smoothly since the front on a JDM mx6 has a slightly different shape. If not, the pieces are very flexible so I should be able to make them fit. I'm planning on removing the front bumper so I can get a better fit and so I don't have to lay on my back for hours. Is it hard to take off?

Current Project: Hibernation followed by installation of new parts in the spring.

It's getting there.

You said your markers were EDM.......and they are not. Thats why I said you lied because your statement sounded like you were admitting to it. You know, I dont know what happened but you have slowly grown this mx6 shaped ego because not too many people know much about your car. back in the day everyone used to ask you crap about your car and now I think it has gone to your head a little because now you post in others threads about your car but never once have I seen a how to involving your car.

Thats it for me,

The side pannels ARN'T and turn signals ARE. There is also a reason for that but, again i am NOT going there in this thread!
From my perscetive i see alot of speculation/assumtions in wich are not based on actual known facts, From members. I Simply stated an event that other members twisted into being misleading, However i never corrected them.
i never lied

Once again i had to redeem myself from childish behaviour & that's depressing

to Chef my sensire apologies for the armageddon, But some members (Urg)! Cause a holocaust

Quick Tip : for best fit-ment remember to align the side bracket flush with the body
