good progress man, i think im gonna steal your mounting spot for my megasquirt. Mines about to be unbearably loud running it straight out of the down pipe. I will definitely have to get an exhaust done to help keep the noise down some after mines finished being stripped

I like the MS where it is now. It was cool under the stock ECU too but it's nice to be able to see it now. It does have blue activity LED's so those will look cool at night. I really don't have many passengers and now if I do I will have something to yell at them for if they put their feet on it.

I'm going to try to get more done this weekend.

Here's the list of things I still need to do:

Remove the remaining sound deadening material and paint the interior
Mount the wideband and get the dash bezel put back on
Finish cutting out the rear speaker deck and install edge guard around the cut edge
Clean the sticky crap off the door panels
Install new third brake light (it's a surprise)
Remove the windshield cowl and cover the vent hole so no water can get in (I've had problems with it in the past)
Cover the ugly wires throughout the interior of the car (I will probably just use black tape)

Things I still need to find/pick up:

Black driver's door panel
Black dome light
Black door handles (interior)
Black seat belts
Black front seats (I don't have any seats right now )
Black center console with lower dash trim (I might throw it in just to see if I like the look)

Pardon the mess. I still haven't cleaned up any of the projects I am working on.

I got the rear deck the rest of the way out and I got the door trim installed to cover the cut edge. It's looking much more finished now.

I also got the hole under the blower motor filled with sheet aluminum and silicone sealant but I didn't take pictures due to its location.

Generally dry ice can be found at Grocery stores, especially around Halloween.

Thanks for the tip Neal. I might just wait until the dead of winter and try again.

I'm hoping to slam mine in the future. I hate how it is sitting right now and lowering springs just won't cut it anymore. I'm about an inch higher than before.

Haha I already thought about that. Installing my RSTB is going to be a breeze too. I did notice that the top of my driver's side strut tower is rusted where the rubber piece fits on to cover the top of the strut. You can see it in the first picture in my last update post. I guess I'll have to get that fixed one of these days.

If I decide to get ksports making adjustments will be super easy. I LOVE the awr coilovers but for as often as my car sees the road I might as well take my chances with ksports.
