yeah thats my real name. thanks for the web pity lol, i got most of the problems figured out now. i just need my blinkers to work the idiot bypassed all the stock wireing and did his own. i just dont feel like tearing the dash out quite yet

yeah but i got the car for 500 and she runs like a top. so for that price ill deal with the problems, i would gain my money back with just the jpecs and supra tails lol.

no offence but from that pic it looks like it wasnt done right, there are huge gaps between the tails and the trunk. Do you have any other pics?

now that i have seen a couple better pix of the tail lights, FAST50, must of been the way the pic was taken....cause they slope in more than the originals, not flush at all.

thanks for all the pics guys....i showed someone the line of pics on the thread and they couldnt tell the difference !!

anyone got the tail light trunk lock to work with their car? was there a key that came with them or were you able to put the original cylinder in there? it looks like the original cylinder would be too big to swap it in with the supra tails.

Yeah and you figure too that you are putting something that wasn't made for an mx6 on it, there is always going to be some fittment issue, the key is to make it a small issue. ANother big thing is that hind sight is 20/20. If I were to do it again there are a few things I would do differently. Second time around always ends up better. My next project I would like to install RSX tails on an mx6.

okay so you did the tails yourself.

did you get the lock cylinder to function? did it have its own key? or were you able to use the original cylinder and fit that in so you can use the same key?

yes sir. I can put my windows down with it too. lol If you get a keyless entry with enough channels you can pretty much make it do anything
