Can I say: TREAD HIJACKED FOR NO GOOD REASON!!!

Now back tou your question.

Have her verify the tie rods by a shop, also maybe a loose wheel bearing (play causing side to side play at the wheel). Again unfortunetly, unless soneone can verify it for her, she'll have to go to a shop to be checked.

Definitely a steering issue.
